It is not only ethical and just, it is a government mandate to make sure you hire, promote, and treat people equally which is why supplier diversity training is crucial in the workplace. It is also important to have a online diversity training program. This online course explains what workplace diversity training is and how to plan and implement a supplier diversity training program for your company.

 

The self-running online diversity training courses are 2-3 hours long and are attended via the Internet. Students are initially contacted by email with instructions on how to take the course for which they have registered. Students may attend the supplier diversity training course at any time during the day. All materials are included in the price of the course and will be available online while attending classes. These online diversity training courses are nonrefundable. Normally, the Society likes to see these types of courses completed within a month of having sent out the instructions.
